1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website and our ionCube decoder service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

Our service provides automated decoding of ionCube-encoded PHP files. The service is provided as a technical tool only. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy or completeness of decoded output
  • Compatibility of decoded files with any specific environment
  • That all ionCube versions or encoding methods can be successfully decoded
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

3. User Representations & Warranties

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the files you upload, OR you have explicit written authorization from the copyright holder to decode such files
  • You will use decoded files solely for legitimate purposes such as recovery of your own lost source code, migration, security review, interoperability, audit work, educational research, or lawful reverse engineering as permitted by applicable law
  • You are responsible for determining whether your use is permitted in your jurisdiction, including any copyright, contract, licensing, or anti-circumvention rules that may apply
  • You will NOT use our service to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, circumvent software licensing, or engage in any illegal activity
  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

4. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use our service to:

  • Decode files you do not own or have authorization to decode
  • Defeat licensing restrictions, access controls, copy protection, or technical protection measures for unauthorized use, redistribution, or piracy
  • Extract secrets, credentials, license keys, private API endpoints, or other sensitive material from software you are not authorized to analyze
  • Decode files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary source code or decoded output without proper authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise our service infrastructure

5. Payment & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Before making any purchase, you are strongly encouraged to use our free preview feature to verify that our service meets your needs. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have tested the demo and are satisfied with the service quality
  • You understand that decoding success is not guaranteed for all files
  • You waive any right to chargeback, dispute, or refund request
  • Credit pack and legacy lifetime access purchases are non-refundable
  • Unused credits from legacy monthly allowances do not roll over

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) and other payment methods as displayed on our pricing page. All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature.

6. File Processing & Data Handling

When you upload files to our service:

  • Files are processed in isolated environments and automatically deleted after processing
  • We do not store, review, or retain copies of your uploaded or decoded files
  • We may log metadata (file size, processing time, success/failure status) for service improvement
  • You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of decoded output
  • Any warranty that decoded files will function in your intended environment

YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Business interruption or system failures
  • Any claims arising from your use of decoded files
  • Any third-party claims against you related to your use of the service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any claim that your use of decoded files caused damage to a third party
  • Any content you upload to our service

10. Account Terms & Termination

You agree to the following account terms:

  • Account sharing or credential sharing is strictly prohibited
  • Use of proxies, VPNs, or tools to mask your identity may result in account termination
  • Automated or bot-driven access is prohibited without prior written consent
  • We may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice
  • Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for unused credits or legacy lifetime access

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to pricing, features, supported ionCube versions, and availability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Intellectual Property

Our website, service, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit written permission.

We make no claim to ownership of the files you upload or the decoded output. However, you represent that you have the legal right to decode any files you submit.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
