Pricing questions
Do you offer refunds?
You only pay for successful decodes. If a file fails to decode, credits remain in your account. Pack refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase.
What happens to my credits if I don't use them?
Pack credits do not expire. Existing legacy monthly and lifetime allowances keep their original reset rules.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), and USDT (Tether). No credit-card payments — crypto only.
Does every account get API access?
Yes. Use your 16-digit account number as the API key. API decodes consume the same credits as browser uploads.
Do you offer custom volume?
Yes. For more than 150 files, custom volume, or special handling, email us from the Custom card.
Is there a free tier?
Every upload gets a free preview of the first 20 lines of decoded source. The full decoded file requires credits.
Can I switch protectors with the same credits?
Yes. Credits support IonCube, SourceGuardian, Zend Guard, and generic PHP deobfuscation from the same credit pool.
