The IonCube Decoder Free Preview, Explained
Most IonCube decoders make you pay before you see any output. We don't. Here's why, and what the free preview actually gives you.
If you've used other IonCube decoders, you know the drill: pay first, hope the thing actually handles your file, then hope the output is usable. We flipped that around.
What the free preview shows
Upload any IonCube-encoded PHP file and you see, right away:
- The first 20 lines of decoded PHP, real output, not a placeholder.
- The detected IonCube version (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 15).
- The detected PHP target (anywhere from 7.1 to 8.4).
- A clear read on whether it worked: if the preview is readable PHP, so is the full file.
No account, no email, no payment. Upload and look.
Why we bother
Two reasons. The first is trust. This is a niche service, and you can't judge decode quality from a sales page. The preview lets you check your own file: clean PHP in the preview means a clean full decode, and if it fails you haven't spent anything.
The second is positioning. easytoyou.eu, decodez.net and unzend.net all make you pay before you see any output. We don't. You get to see the quality first.
What it doesn't show
Twenty lines is plenty to confirm the decoder works on your file. It isn't enough to lift a whole application:
- You can't rebuild an app from previews. 20 lines isn't functional code.
- There's no scraping loophole. Free previews are rate-limited per IP per day.
- The preview doesn't expose the full recovered file or every runtime integration. Use the full download only for work you're authorized to do: recovery, migration, audit, or interoperability.
What does the full file cost?
Self-serve credit packs:
- Starter, $19 for 3 credits.
- Pro, $59 for 30 credits, good for developer batches.
- Enterprise, $199 for 150 credits, good for teams and agencies.
Credits don't expire, and every pack is paid in crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, USDT. Full plan details are on /pricing.
If the preview fails
It's rare (the success rate is above 99% on supported versions) but it happens. Usual suspects:
- The file is heavily custom-obfuscated on top of IonCube.
- It uses IonCube dynamic keys with aggressive anti-tamper.
- It's an ancient IonCube version (older than 10) that we don't target.
When that happens, message us on Signal at sologhoul.83 with the filename and the first line of the file. We turn edge cases around fast.
